Privacy notice

This notice covers personal data you submit through the Keel website contact form. It is written for UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

Keel is operated by the team behind this website. For privacy questions, email us at the address published on our site or reply to any message we send you.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, work email address, organisation name, and any optional message you include. We also process technical data needed to protect the form (for example IP address and bot-protection tokens).

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and to discuss whether Keel is a fit for your organisation. The lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you initiated), and where you tick the consent box on the form, consent for that follow-up.

Who we share it with

We use Mailgun to deliver email and to store your details on our leads mailing list / audience. Mailgun acts as our email processor. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards, then delete or anonymise them unless we have another lawful reason to retain them (for example if you become a customer).

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). To exercise your rights, contact us using the details above.
